Shipping, Return & Cancellation
Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services
Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
Non-liability for shipping delays. Saashi uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery along with the tracking number. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
All products sold by Saashi are properly checked and tested by the quality control team and guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition.
We take all the precautionary steps at the time of packaging of our orders in order to ensure that the products are not damaged in transit. However, if it happens so and the goods are delivered in damaged condition, we promise to provide refund or replace the products (as the company may deem fit) only in the following circumstances –
a. The damage is reported to us on the day of delivery on email@example.com, AND
b. Customer has an unboxing video which clearly shows that the products have reached them in a damaged condition.
In any other cases, Products are not eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement.
All claims, if any, for shortages must be reported to us on the day of delivery on firstname.lastname@example.org along with an unboxing video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
1. Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the dispatch team and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
